Maurice from Module https://module.ie/  invited us to tender for this project and the adventure began , 

this beautifully stunning house was a please and an honour to work on and even though challenging 

we have achieved the unbelieve Ber rating of A2 with an Airtighness of less than 2 m3 /(h.m 3 ) at 50 pascals

for a dormer renovation with unusual roof layouts , this is exceptional for a renovation. 

But thanks to the detailing on site by Maurice this was achieved with out compromising design.
