This Project in essence was a small foot print extension, but by taking 3 rooms and converting in to one, really shows, that working within very tight site, you can certainly with the right design be spacious and bright. This L shaped rear room now is the hub of the house with kitchen, dining area and lounge area all in one. 

General works completed 
1. New Iroko Front door

2. New Flat roof 

3. Rear Extension with two new ecoclad sliding doors with white aluminium  to the outside with iroko on the inside 

4. Upgrading main bathroom and ensuite5. Insulation of the entire house 

6. Rewiring 

7. Complete replumb including central heating system 

8. Small rear extension 

9. Tiled floor with Iroko flooring in the hallway and front sitting room 

10. New Cobbled Drive way 

11. Last but not least a Store away box for Sails
