Terenure Project

This is a Project that Redfern have taken through planning which was done by https://module.ie/ and having taken this once tired cluttered and cold old house in the the modern era of light , spacious room with a Ber Rating if A2 with the heating provided Via a Danfoss Air to Heat Pump. 

it was a pleasure to work through all the design details with the client , and i hope many happy years will be provided by the works completed over the coming years. 

Key Items 

Tiled Floor over underfloor heating 

Acrylic Hi-Gloss kitchen with Stunning Silstone counter top with a mitred edge returned to the floor at one end 

Custom Designed front door , with a plaster band all around. 

Stunning triple glazed flat roof light flooding the kitchen with light. 

Tv unit in Main room , along with an Oak window seat , set in to a glass corner window. 

A Mock Fireplace in the front room with built in furniture to each side 

a Stunning Wc downstairs with custom Oak vanity , and beautiful tiled floor finished with wall paneling 

All room have received fitted furniture 

Main bathroom looks stunning with its Oak Vanity unit under the sink
